Rya G. Kuewor is an Expert at the World Economic Forum in the areas of International Development, Humanitarian Assistance, Migration, and SDG 8. He is a Stanford Seed Consultant and sits on the Advisory Board of Village Capital's Migrant Fund. As Chairman & CEO of Chāo-Shì (www.chaoshi.work), an AI-powered marketplace connecting informal service providers with employers, Rya brings innovative solutions to development challenges. With over 16 years in international development, he previously led the world's largest blockchain-based Universal Basic Income programme through his NGO, RIO, delivering critical funds across Ghana, Kenya, and India during COVID-19. Rya is a Speaker at the World Economic Forum, the IOM's International Dialogue on Migration, and the African Union's High Level Dialogue, and has consulted for institutions including the African Union and IOM.
